Silver Plan is $25 per computer per month, Gold Plan (which includes unlimited maintenance support) is $90 per computer per month. Pricing based on minimum 5 computers.
Silver Plan includes Monitoring & Maintenance of all your computers. Gold Plan includes unlimited support for a flat fee per month. Please refer the Plan page on our website for details
During business hours, you will get a response within 15 minutes when you email the special email address provided to you. After hours, please call 1800 775 991 and press the option to be connected to our engineer for after-hours emergency support.

Our Managed Service Agreement has no lock in contract. It's a month-to-month commitment with no lock in contract, can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice

Yes, we are resellers for all major brands. We predominantly use business grade HP desktops, notebooks and servers with 3 year warranty. By purchasing from us, we cover the Labour involved in making a warranty claim, so you don't need to waste your precious time chasing the supplier
Yes, we have cover for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. Certificate of Currency can be provided upon request
The mutual confidentiality clause in our Managed Service Agreement provides protection to your business IP etc. Our privacy policy (advertised on our website) demonstrates that we comply with the strict Australian government regulations
