  • Monthly Reporting (to highlight how your IT network is performing with Recommendations for Improvement)

  • Health Check Annual Health Check on all computers and house-keeping on all software licenses in use

  • Asset Management of all your computers

  • Customer Portal so you can see all your agreements, invoices, tickets etc

  • On-Demand IT Support No User Support Labour Included, use SSIT's services as needed (charged at hourly rate billed in 15 min increments)

Everything in Silver plus:

  • Unlimited Support Unlimited Maintenance Support over the Phone / Remote Login / Onsite Visits to keep your IT running as is (excludes Add/Moves/Changes etc)

  • Network Monitoring (e.g. issues with Remote Access, Internet up- time etc)

  • User Account Management
  • Email Account Management
  • Domain Management

  • Warranty Support on hardware supplied by SSIT only Labour to deal with warranty claims

Platinum

/ per computer per month

All you can eat plan

Everything in Gold plus:

  • Add/Moves/Changes to computers

  • On-boarding / Off-boarding Users

  • Software Updates Labour to update Custom Line of Business Application Software

  • Extended Support hours covered (Mon-Friday: 7:30 AM – 6 PM); (Sat: 8:30 AM – 12 PM)

  • Warranty Support Labour to deal with warranty claims

  • Vendor Support (e.g. 3rd Party Software providers, ISP, CCTV provider etc)

  • Hardware Issues Labour to remediate issues caused due to hardware failure

Terms & Conditions

  • No Lock-In Contract Change / Cancel anytime with 30 day notice

  • Pricing is Monthly (unless specified otherwise)
  • Price excludes GST
  • Price based on total number of computers

  • Minimum Monthly Spend applies For sites with less than 5 computers, a minimum fee of $400 per month applies for Gold Plan and $600 on Platinum Plan
