- After Hours (M-F 7am to 8:30am, 5:00pm to 7:00pm): 1.5 x Business Hour Rates; (Sat/Sun 8:30am to 5:pm): 2 x Business Hour Rates

- Automatic restart of Critical Services required for the server / computer to operate effectively
- Anti Virus / Security monitoring & alerting
- Pro-actively picks up eminent hardware issues which will cause downtime later

- Contains all vital information about your IT Network, Passwords etc stored in a secure manner, easily accessible by our engineers when needed.

Yes, we are resellers for all major brands. We predominantly use business grade HP desktops, notebooks and servers with 3 year warranty. By purchasing from us, we cover the Labour involved in making a warranty claim, so you don't need to waste your precious time chasing the supplier

Our Managed Service Agreement has no lock in contract. It's a month-to-month commitment which can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice
