  • Security Essentials Plan is Mandatory
  • Remote Login Software for quick user support
  • Handling issues identified using Service Requests (Tickets) in our PSA (Professional Services Administration) System
  • Monthly Reporting (to highlight how your IT network is performing with Recommendations for Improvement)

  • Annual Health Check on all computers and house-keeping on all software licenses in use
  • Asset Management
  • Access to Customer Portal so you can see all your agreements, invoices, tickets etc
  • No User Support Labour Included, On-Demand IT Support as needed (charged at hourly rate billed in 15 min increments)

Gold

Everything in Silver plus:

  • Unlimited MAINTENANCE Support (e.g. issues with Operating System / Microsoft Office software / Email / Spam / Virus / Spyware / Malware / Printing / Scanning / setup email on Mobile devices / slow computers / Internet browsing etc)

  • Network Monitoring (e.g. issues with Remote Access, Internet up- time)

  • User Account Management
  • Email Account Management
  • Domain Management
  • Warranty Support on SSIT- supplied hardware only

Platinum

Everything in Gold plus:

  • Add/Moves/Changes to computers & Users
  • On-boarding / Off-boarding users
  • Custom Application Software Updates
  • Extended Support hours covered (Mon-Friday: 7:30 AM – 6 PM); (Sat: 8:30 AM – 12 PM)

  • Warranty Support on non SSIT- supplied hardware
  • Vendor Support (e.g. 3rd Party Software providers, ISP, CCTV provider etc)

  • Labour to remediate issues caused due to Hardware issues
